Payroll Compliance in China Payroll, HR and Legal Considerations for Multinational Companies
This interactive course is designed to comprehensively address issues relating to processing payroll, as well as administrative, HR, legal, and compliance issues for multinational companies operating in China. The course consists of three 2-hour virtual sessions focusing on:
- Calculation of payroll in China, including overtime, working hours, leave and holidays, and tax compliance regulations
- HR administration issues, including the complex Chinese social security system which can vary considerably depending on the corporate entity's location in China
- Understanding the four different types of labor contracts and legal considerations, including the complex termination process in China
