Dezan Shira & Associates is proud to announce our collaboration with The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and invite you to take part in our Seminar, "Hiring and Recruitment, methodology and issues", to be held in Guangzhou on Thursday March 28th, 2019 at 5 p.m.

The Seminar will provide an overview on Hiring and Recruitment, focusing on the methodology and procedures for hiring in order to avoid labor disputes.

Valeria Manunza and Ms. Cherry Wu from Dezan Shira & Associates will lead the seminar, focusing on:

  • How to design the staff handbook
  • Tips and advice for termination and severance pay

Speaker:

Valeria Manunza currently works as Assistant Manager at Dezan Shira & Associates, leading the South China International Business Advisory function, who provide support to foreign investors operating in Asia and assisting with legal and management issues affecting foreign invested enterprises in China.

Cherry Wu currently works as a manager in the HR & Payroll services team of Dezan Shira & Associates' Shenzhen office. Cherry specializes in the fields of payroll, labor law, recruiting, and hiring patterns.
