In international news, an American surf instructor has been given permission to teach in North Korea, a trio of Nobel Prize Winners visit Pyongyang University of Science and Technology and describe how United Nations sanctions and a lack of internet access are hampering North Korean citizens.

In Inter-Korean news, Pyongyang has responded positively to South Korean trade unions’ proposal to organize inter-Korean football matches in Seoul and former Bundesliga top scorer Jorn Andersen has been appointed to manage North Korea’s national football team.
