Doing Business in China for DePaul’s College of Commerce MBA Program

On December 1st, the Shanghai office of Dezan Shira & Associates will host MBA and Undergraduates from DePaul University for a briefing on doing business in China.

Riccardo Benussi from International Business Advisory team will provide a broad perspective on doing business in China and cover strategic pre-entry considerations, legal structures available to foreign investors in China, China's tax regime and common pitfalls and operational issues faced by foreign-invested companies in China.
