Ellen Yin currently works as the Assitant Manager on the HR & Payroll Services team of Dezan Shira & Associates' Shanghai office. She advises clients on employee relationships, C&B recruitment, training, salary structure, and performance appraisal. With over several years of experience in Human Resources and Payroll Management, Ellen is familiar with China labor regulation and is able to help clients identify risks and weaknesses through HR Audit work.
Before joining Dezan Shira, Ellen has served multiple positions at several big enterprises and SMEs. Ellen has a Master's degree in Business Administration from Zhejiang Normal University and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Hunan Technology University. She also holds the level one China Human Resources Certificate.
