As Payroll Manager on Dezan Shira's Ho Chi Minh City International Business Advisory team, Tran is tasked with conducting payroll calculation and advising clients on Vietnamese labor and social insurance law compliance.

Before joining Dezan Shira & Associates Tran spent 5 years at Adecco Vietnam, an international human capital solution and payroll and staffing service. Starting as an Executive Assistant to the General Director, Tran gradually enhanced her skills and experienced in different functions at Adecco, from Finance to Payroll and Staffing services before graduating to Account Lead of the International Account Team.

Tran graduated from the University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh city with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
