AmCham China has released the last paper in its policy spotlight series. This report consists of a collection of comments from our members regarding the challenges of complying with relevant laws and regulations when operating in China. It is intended to provide input of both a policy and practical nature to the broader community and to identify specific challenges in regard to compliance for both the Chinese and US governments. AmCham China understands the need for our member companies to abide by the established laws of both governments, and to comply with the relevant laws and regulations in their industries.
