This regular publication looks at current international, domestic, and peninsular affairs concerning North Korea while also offering commentary and tourism information on the country.

In international news the French news agency Agence France-Presse (AFP) has announced that it will open a Pyongyang bureau in the next few months, making it the fifth foreign news agency in Pyongyang. Furthermore, former South Korea football coach Guus Hiddink visited North Korea in early November to open a futsal stadium.

In Inter-Korean news a bipartisan group of ROK lawmakers traveled to Kaesong to visit the excavation site of an ancient palace, the first visit by lawmakers of the parliamentary unification committee to North Korea in two years.
