ANUFOOD China is now further rescheduled to 13-15 July 2022. The venue will remain the same at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. The fair will span more than 20,000 square metres, and welcome 400 exhibitors from more than 25 countries and regions during three-day period. Quite a few well-known enterprises and brands have participated in ANUFOOD China 2022 such as Bord Bia-the Irish Food Board, INAC National Meat Institute, EU Pork, JBS, Asahi Beer, Oatly, v2, MetaMeat (Shanghai) Food Tech Co., Ltd., Jooma, PUDU Tech, etc. 

Enterprises and brands from home and abroad have considered ANUFOOD China as an excellent opportunity and the preferred platform, with Southern China as a gateway to explore food & beverage distribution channel and trade market in China. Increasing demand of digital exhibition becomes an upcoming trend and an alternative for traditional trade fair due to the interactive restrictions the business world encountering. Since more and more enterprises are connecting offline and online channels, prompting the integration of domestic and foreign trade markets, thus has led to the development of a new business model with a dual offline traditional business model and an online marketing platform.. 

As an integrated online exhibition platform, ANUFOOD China Virtual Plus is back with it upgraded functions which enables buyers to efficiently browse over thousands of premium products, and apply for pre-show webinars, on-site conferences, events and matchmaking sessions. As the add-on service, the platform will keep the instant-messaging and video conferencing function available for a 90-days duration starting two months ahead of the exhibition, making the platform a more convenient and efficient place for all exhibitors and buyers. 

With carrying the success in 2021,ANUFOOD China 2022 upgrades the Virtual Plus Programme to "ANUFOOD China 2022 Virtual+ Glam Taste Xperience" to integrate both pre-show online platform for product showcasing and e-networking, empowering traditional on-site zone with new theme of Glamping. During three-day exhibition period, the Korea Organic Farming Association will be engaged to create a scenario-based product display for those overseas exhibitors who are unable to attend the show in person due to travel restrictions such as Aivenet, Core Green, OKF, Korean Ginseng and etc. Baby food and snacks, condiments, beverages and healthy foods will be displayed at the theme zone, bringing participants an all-round immersive experience. 

As another major highlight of the fair, the on-site supporting programmes will bring culinary competition and tasting events, conferences, and business matchmaking under one roof for industry colleagues. Organised by China Cuisine Association and Koelnmesse, “World Chinese Culinary Chef Challenge” will invite chef teams from 12 cultural cities to compete Chinese culinary skills on-site; Foodie Space will continue its tradition of featuring the creative dishes presented by Master Chef using designated products from sponsored brands. The invited experts and professionals from HORECA and F&B industry will enjoy the delicacy with suppliers on-site and start the “table-business” through networking; The well-known bartenders in the industry such as Kin-san, Ouyang Zhian and Joy Chen will be invited to attend the newly introduced “AFC Whisky & Spirit World” which will provide an opportunity for potential trade visitors to learn and experience the history, the brewing technology and taste of the whisky. 

In addition, with the strong support from the influential industry associations and partners such as China Chamber of Commerce of I/E of Foodstuffs, Native Produce and Animal By-Products (CFNA), Shenzhen Retail Business Association, Macao Catering Industry Association, Shenzhen Packing Trade Association, and China National Research Institute of Food and Fermentation Industries, ANUFOOD China 2022 will present conferences and forums with diverse coverage of various food and beverage segments, respectively including “Global Meat Summit 2022”, “The 2nd Global Imported Food Retail Market Trends Forum”, “FutureNode - Catering Supply Chain & Packaging Solutions Forum”, “China Consumer Market Forum for Whisky and Chinese Baijiu” and “Forum of Foods for Plant-based Diets: A coexistence of challenge and innovation”.
