On September 21st, Dezan Shira & Associates will host an exclusive client-only seminar: Contract Management and Transfer Pricing in Dezan Shira & Associates Shanghai Office

The purpose of this seminar is to offer some practical tips to decision makers to optimize their contract management to avoid potential legal risks as well as to discuss arguably the most interesting and important topic in the taxation landscape today-Transfer Pricing.

Vivian Mao, Senior Manager of Dezan Shira Associate will first introduce the key considerations when conducting background checks, contract review, contract execution and contract management followed by suggestions to address these topics . From a transfer pricing perspective, Shirley Chu (Manager) and Paul Dwyer (Consultant) from Dezan Shira & Associates' tax team will provide a general introduction to transfer pricing in light of the OECD's Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) program, the main features of the PRCs transfer pricing laws and regulations and how/why this is important for businesses operating and investing in Mainland China and throughout the APAC region.
