Managing A Workforce Across Asia

Adam Livermore, Partner at Dezan Shira & Associates, has been invited by the British Chamber's HR focus Group to talk about the major challenges that HR Departments will face when managing a workforce across various Asian countries.

In his presentation, Adam will cover topics relating to language barriers, cultural differences and coordination challenges when managing a multinational team across Asia. He will further share insights on the different social insurance systems across the region as well as the impact of high staff turnover. Solutions to overcome these problems - based on real case studies - will also be discussed. Following the presentation, Dezan Shira & Associates' HR Manager Helen Kong will join Adam to host a Q&A session.

By attending this presentation, attendees will receive practical tips on how to conquer the above challenges and learn how to manage their workforce across Asia more effectively.
